i dont like the swf either my body freaked out.
it ran through me BUT i felt like i was dying. its suppose to be the same salt ratio as your blood so it passes strait through your intestines and isnt absorbed by the kidneys. but i dont like it and its in my book as "additional cleaning" not necc. cleaning.

when i do it again i am going to try it without the tea too.

i think its just important that you are having eliminations. or if your body feels toxic take a pooping tea to rid yourself of the toxins.


i also am afraid of becoming dependant on the senna tea.
