Dr. Christopher wrote that sun bathing the butt is another superior method of sunbathing. Did he elaborate why ? Like why butt sun bathing is superior ?

When on the knees with chest almost touching the ground position with butt facing toward the sun, does one need to pull apart the butt cheeks to expose one's a-hole OR letting the sun hit the butt muscles is what one wants, without exposing the a-hole ?
