The best none drug, none herb treatment is:

10 gram of Freeze Dried Royal Jelly daily for 5 days..

Just bee food and raw honey in red raspberry tea very good to the tune of at least 1 full cup of honey every week... true raw honey not normally sold in commercial stores--best to buy from your local bee keeper---far far away from cities---50+ miles away from cities would be good.
