Somebody on a SAD diet, aka 'normal' diet BUT taking 3 LBBs after each meal (for a total of 9 LBB capsules/ day) will clean out their entire GI tract in 12 months ?

When is best to take LBB capsules when eating non-human food ? 30 minutes before meals or right after one finishes the meal ?

Or 3 capsules of LBB first thing in the morning on empty stomach, 3 capsules right after lunch and 3 capsules before sleep ?
