A wonderful treat while juice fasting is a coconut--they sale 3 that are peeled and boxed with 3 bamboo straw at sams for about $10

They are sweet and yummy


FACT, years ago a retreat for the elderly was a 2 year stay on an island that the only food was your coconuts---they gave you x amount of trees as your food and that was all for 2 years----they said the problem was that the people did not want to leave paradise.

always remember--i never ever suggest the advertisements they ad into these post are safe to consume---most are quite the opposite...and some downright toxic
