It can be simple or with the use of herbs, it can be amazing!

Bookwise the only herb required is orange juice

Otherwise with herbs, I believe it can be 10x easier and 10+ x better

Many Years ago I had pdf showing Orange Juice Fasting...I may put those back on the website--back then there were many many files and books and loads of videos---literally a monster of a website---for 2025 it is a 100% rebuild from scratch and trying to make it more cell phone usable.
