I see conflicting info all over the web on this. Some that it is a good time to flush and others that it can actually harm your kidneys because they have been resting on the Master-Cleanse and the olive oil from the flush will shock it. Any opinions on this? I am on Day 17 of my first Master-Cleanse and will go one more day. I was planning a Liver Flush on Wed. Also, I wonder if I should have a colonic before hte Liver Flush or after? An thoughts on that, too?
