Thanks for sharing, I never thought to take electrolytes during or after my cancer treatment. I should have taken them after my final surgery but the thought didn’t even cross my mind.
If you are post surgery or dealing with a tricky recovery or just overall burnout don’t do what I did and have electrolytes!
