Such a great thread. Pau d'Arco has been a life saver for me. I wasn't dealing with Candida directly but there was high risk after my cancer treatment and all the anti-biotics and scans I did while I was sick. I drank one cup per day during my treatment and then went up to 5-6 cups per day between my rounds of chemo. I feel like Pau d'Arco helped my recovery as well. I still drink at least one cup per day 5 years later. Great for overall gut health. I saw some people talk about taking pills, I prefer to buy it in bulk in ground form and brew a very strong batch.
