To mix up a gallon you will need an extra container
you will need at least 8+ lemons (need 2 cups juice
you will need 2 cups pure maple syrup Type B or C.#
I roll each lemon in my hand or on the table or counter to break up fibers inside, I microwave for 20 seconds than I cut in half and juice(before I got a juicer Icut a tiny piece of skin off carefully and just squeezed over cup. It pours out) We need to drink 6-12 cups a day, so this is a little over a day supply. I didn't wait until I felt hungry I drank it about every two or three hours We need at least 6 in us each day for vitamins and minterals we need
# YOU WILL ALSO NEED CAYENNE PEPPER (RECIPE 1/10 TEASPOON PER CUP)
i DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE OR MEASURE 1/10 SO i JUST put in plenty I think 2 teaspoons would work fine.Happy Fasting.
