It wasn't that you switched WORDS around that threw me... you switched and THEN turned them into an acronym! Whoa! AVC?! Had me going! lol I live in Mexico so miss a lot of the new technology!

I think you can do pretty much any schedule you want... the body is pretty clear when it's had enough--after the Big Fast last summer, lemonade has rarely satisfied me. I do not hesitate to go to fruit/veg juices when this happens, and have yet for juices let me down (and to the contrary, they supercharge my energy).

If you think you need long fasting/cleansing, the ten days on/ten days off (with cleansing diet) worked like a charm, allowed me to do the longer fast in a way that was MUCH easier on my body!
