my guts didnt start healing until i started mega dosing B1. i use all three forms - thiamine hydrochloride, benfotiamine and TTFD. it wasnt until i introduced TTFD that my guts started to actually work. its been a godsend. i listen to elliott overton and take his TTFD - thiamax. be well.
