Great for you eshkaljka!! Keep up the good work. It can only get better!! I am on day seven and although my skin started to clear, it is now starting to break out. But I am not concerned as I see it as more toxins coming out. From what I read, days 7-9 are supposed to be the worst.

I did try a 21 day Master-Cleanse earlier this year, but cheated with food throughout. One of those I eat a little here, flush it there type thing, so I did not truely get the full benefits of the cleanse, but am now following it to the T, and expect good if not great! results when I am done with this journey. Which of course will now be life long for optimum health which is what I want, and expect that most on this site wants for themselves and family as well. Otherwise what is the point right?
