sunrise clinic was built beside a alkaline spring--Dr. Hay clinic used that water and sold it--I purchased a bottle off eBay 25 years ago.

WATER AMOUNT is as much as you want----can drink water all day if desired


epsom salts today: 1 tablespoon in full glass of water, then wash your teeth off with another glass of water.

the salts are for first timers--I used it my first time and never ever again.....once stomach is health you can live on 14 days of juice with no ill feelings--a sick st wants food...explained well in his books
