They believed by 1962 that B6 enables the transport of potassium / magnesium in and out of cells...so much so, the a dr was known as the hand dr---by looking at the hands or face or feet it was easy to diagnose a patient-----

the edema reduces circulation---the cells loaded with water

a person can be swelled for years and in the mirror it is normal to them.

drs even by 1960 believed people to be fat if they weighed over 160+ pounds-------swelled up with water

water logged cells


high school football players:
1-3 per team will experience horrible leg cramps

all to do with the magnesium / potassium balance and taking either one or more calcium does not put an end to the cramps-----by 1960 they believed B6 was the solution

Similar with strokes, heart attacks
