Dr. Jackson, M.D. first book has the best heart story ever printed----a new heart in 21 days. A man that all of his families died from failed hearts due to booze and smoking as was his case in his late 60's.....not only a "New" heart, he continued and built himself a SUPER body in his 70's. He became a muscle builder and superior long distance athlete. His muscle building book is a superior book. He shows that he learned how to lay between two chairs, with his head on 1 and his heels on the other and have his wife set on his stomach....he also built the Roman Meal Bread Company as a result......
