hi you seem to be the most knowlagable person here and you give wounderful advice so heres my question i read in the book that i printed off the internet that some times when you do the mc you can get a little sick (cold symtems)and that you should keep going what i'm woundering is if Iam geting flu like symtems are they realy just detox symtems and should i continue with the mc or stop untill i feel better and start over sorry i can't spell very well and my head feels like its going to explode kind of hard to focuse
