Its interesting that anyone that posts here saying that they have taken P&B shakes during a Master Cleanse will also say - "I know that I have tons of things to get out!! " - and they're always blocked up, with nothing coming through.

Of course you have the feeling that there are tons of things to get out, - the P&B's do nothing but block you up. To take that stuff you need to be eating food. - That is required to keep it moving through.

If Somer's suggestions aren't enough to get things moving you may want to consider breaking the cleanse so you can get back to eating some food.
