Well I’m 6’8, 286lbs mainly muscle since I lost a lot of weight many years ago & got healthy. I’m 39 yrs old as well. So I have some milk thistle and I’m gonna start with that first. Plus I’m gonna use some castor oil packs on my left epydidmis.
