Just a reminder to myself not to do stupid things like staying up until 4.00 a.m.

I feel weak today, and it's easy to let yourself think it's because of the fast... and that can lead to cheating. I have been thinking about hamburgers and stuff all day.

Oh well, tomorrow I'll be fine again.

I'm gonna be celebrating nine months raw, then!

I gave my TV away today, by the way. Didn't Dr. Schulze recommend that?
