Thank you all for replying. We're all doing well it seems.

Hang in there boatrider, almost 10 days now..

I think two things that have helped my motivation is

1) This has helped relieve some symptoms I have. I'm getting better every day. That's why I want to stay on as long as possible.

2) I waited for eight weeks for the "damn" maple syrup to arrive from Canada. I thought it'd take 4 weeks, so by the time I got it I was more than ready to jump right in and do it.
