There is a reason the greatest 2 drs in North America chose to use orange juice as a cure-all. I have never read a book that mentions the first Dr that told Dr. Howard Hay, M.D. It does not matter, because it was Dr. hay that went back to the labs and he was the 1 that proved alkalinity as the cure-all, that human blood is in fact alkaline and all none alkaline diets shorten the lifespan.


ORANGES are by far better if "YOU" juice them......only people living in FLORIDA or similar climate that do this correctly---a TRUE FLORIDIAN will wait until the orange is ripe and then pull it from the tree and squeeze it and it will easily crack wide open as you suck up the juice and then grab another until you are full.

NO HUMAN has ever purchased a fully ripened orange in an american food store North of Florida---they are picked immature. I use to buy 40 cases each January of the huge Honey Bell oranges and they lasted until first of June and the May oranges were the sweetest and properly ripe.......proof they pick them several months in advance.

REAL ORANGE FARMS wait till ripe and the harvest and make their products within 24 hours---the best on earth surely is in south america where they use high pressure to sterilize their juices and harvest and bottle in less than 24 hours, using no heat, no chemical.


The internet is loaded with false information-


YES, all sick PEOPLE will have issues with every good food out there------they are so SICKLY that when they eat a real food, they may have a reaction---BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPACTED WITH THEIR OWN POOP and body accumulated with their drugs and waste and disease and their worms...................

Dr. John R. Christopher and many herbal and medical drs knew why----CONSTIPATION.....Dr. Hay used a natural laxative in his clinic to get the POOP out of these sick people, while Dr. Christopher used a German herbal method that he perfected and it was later perfected better by 1 of his students and the Christopher way is literally: "perfect" when applied for life.......many people call the formula "better" than gold and it is.

REAL ORANGE JUICE is expensive---if you buy your own oranges you will have over $20 in a gallon of juice and that juice will not be good unless you picked the oranges ripe.

The male raised on orange juice from age 2 up---as an adult will average 1/2 gallon orange juice daily---that is a FACT.
