I'm doing great here. Hardly ever hungry. I'm cold though, but that's to be expected when living in a cold country.

My heart rate is down to about 30-35, is that ok? I think it is, but would like comments if anyone knows.

I also have this craving to smell food, though I'd never put it in my mouth. I dreamt I did once... and I was so relieved to wake up!

I'm gonna go for 23 days then I'll be out of syrup. I have rush-shipped more from Canada though and if it gets here before Friday I'll extend to 30 days. Or 40, who knows? Yeah, why not break all traditions and do the Master-Cleanse over Christmas? I will anyway, being a raw foodist.

I actually feel proud of myself, this being my first MC. I'll post on the health benefits when I'm done.
