Since you posted to the Cutler Protocol forum I'll add that Cutler disagreed with you about the value of Chlorella and Spirulina for heavy metal detox.
The cysteine in them has one thiol/SH/mercury-magnet in it.

In contrast the chelators in Cutler protocol have two SH groups to better hold onto HMs. This is DHLA.

Even then Cutler strongly warned people to take small doses of chealtors and take them frequently enough so HM mobilized by one dose will more likely be mopped up by chelator and other antioxidants from the next dose. The other protective antioxidants he recommended were vitamin C, E, maybe selenium, lutein, lycopene, etc
Much more could be said. While safely removing HMs can have a wonderful effect on health, kicking up HMs is not without risks. Do your homework. Be careful. Don't overwhelm your antioxidant defenses.
