Ok good to hear that you had no issue, so it's slowly bigger dosage and using the Iodine co-nutrients selenium being the most important. I will recommend the person who is starting Iodine this.


I used earlyer Lugol's drops or iodoral tablets, now have Terry natually tri-iodine in use 12.5 which i take 4 capsules per day. I have wondered is this good Iodine supplement , anyone knows ?
