I will join you in your quest...I plan on starting tomorrow as well my holiday festing will be finally over tomorrow...work activities etc. I plan on going until the 21st. I feel that practice makes perfect and that you can do it this time. I have done the Master-Cleanse once before back in May and went for the min. 10 days. it took me a while to actually get started but i did...once your mind is set on doing something you can do it, and i will be here to support you just as you will support me. if you would like to e-mail me please feel free too at natdesulm@yahoo.com or if you have MSN samething...hope to hear from you...we can do it i know we can...healthy clean bodies on the way for the new year.
