A friend of mine brought some cooked chicken over for lunch last week from a supermarket. It was very tasty but I looked at the ingredients and almost threw up, every horrible chemical you could imagine was used. When he left I threw the leftovers out. If we don't cook food ourselves we can't trust it. All chicken needs, as far as I'm concerned, is salt, pepper and maybe garlic and cayenne.
