I hear many people complaining about cramps. I have used this tea throughout and haven't had any bad diarrhea or cramps at all. I take it at night and go in the morning. It definitely makes things move and has less senna than 'Smoothe Move' and also has other detoxifying herbs. It tastes absolutely wonderful.
