Hello,

How are all of you doing? It's day 8 and I'm glad it's almost over. I'm doing okay. Feeling good, energy level is through the roof. I keep waking up at 3am and can't get back to sleep. Last night I did laundry till 4:15am. Is anybody else experiencing this? Still can't get that salt water down. Teas aren't much help. Haven't been able to find the Yogi tea. I'm not sure how much detoxing is taking place when there's not much bm's but I'm going to stay with it. I may get a colonic on Day 10 just to end it on the right note.

Hope everyone else is hanging in there.
