So i guess i can take a lot more then 3 tablespoons a day, because it is not enough for me, i weight 195 lbs and i have multiple brain injnuries and half handicaped of my brain so i am extremely weak, i race for my life right now. I think i 'll go up to maybe 10 tablespoons of ozonated oil per day, if i feel confortable with it.
