Here I am 12 years later reading this and I am thanking you RAY!!! I am going to go get me 4 avocados right now. I truly cannot thank yo enough. And yes! You posted in the correct forum
God I am so thankful. I’ve prayed all day! I know my liver is needing help as well as my lymphatic system. I could kiss you Ray. (Spud, you can go on, obviously a troll!)
