I had tea last night before I went to bed. I woke up early today with an urge to eliminate. They were black little nasty things. I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) that led to butt-peeing before driving to work. Day 4 is almost over. No struggle with staying away from food. It was an easy and uneventful day. Here's hoping that you day-four people are doing alright.
