This is day three for me. Day 1 I drank the whole SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and vomited some of it up. Day 2 I only got through half of it and vomited almost all of it up. Today I've only been able to drink half of it and I'm having vomit feelings but I'm holding it down. It feels awful. I think tomorrow I'm going to switch to the tea in the eve and morning and then maybe do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every other day... I don't like to vomit it up.
