On 3/14/23 I'll be 2 months on Iodine. Each time I increased my amount I'd feel great for a day or three and then ugh. Is that kinda what you are talking about? I wonder now, if the "ugh" part was because I was entering into a detox cycle? I'm at 100mgs and have a LOT of detox going on right now. I've been seeing good results though so I'm going to try and power through all the detox. I've been sick for decades before Iodine so I was prepared for a battle, lol.
