1 teaspoon of magnesium sulphate powder weighs 4.4g and yields 10% or 440mg
1 tablespoon = 3 x 440 (1320mg)
4 tablespoons = 4 x 1320 (5280mg)
I have weighed this accurate today and the main variable is that magnesium sulphate can absorb water and there is a 10% error.

1 teaspoon of magnesium citrate powder is stated as weighing 3g and yields 12 to 15 % or 360 - 450 mg
1 Tablespoon = 3 x 360 (1080mg) to 3 x 450 (1350mg)
4 Tablespoons = 4 x 1080 (4320mg) to (5400mg)

I would stick with 4 tablespoons of Magnesium Citrate.

The aim of the Liver Flush is to expel bile so that the liver makes fresh bile. In the process you can give rid of solid debris from the biliary system, most of which are small stones, sometimes gritty stuff, etc. It's not a stone counting exercise, and most people don't see large stones or any stones at all.
