when i last MCed, a poster named Somer suggested doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in this way:
1 cup warm water with all your salt
followed by 3 cups of plain water.

this has helped me get through it, as i too was vomitting the salt water before drinking it all. try searching his name for the post.
