Hi LL, Izhere and the rest of the 4 day-ers,

Glad to hear some good news. I am also waiting for that burst of energy, not getting much sleep with that *&^% tea. Got to get the timing right so as not to wake me up.

I now have found a way to drink the lemonade and enjoy it. After each sip I get that intense hot pepper taste, so I just imagine that I'm eating a burrito! I actually get the satisfaction of eating mexican without the calories & fat!! Oh, your mind can play tricks on you!

My co-workers had mixed feelings about this "fast" I'm on. Most just can't believe I haven't eaten solid food since Thanksgiving! I'm kinda proud of that!

Everybody stick with it, its going to be worth it!!
