from where do you have the info on salt cooking the organs?

even the unprocessed salts cook the organs ?

in your opinion how much salt and what type of salt is needed per day for the average person and how much for a person who is involved in physical activity where sweating a lot, like athletes and labourers in mines, in hot weather, construction sites etc.
