you dont HAVE to do the swf. i dont like it. it is for additional bathing of the intestines. you only HAVE to be eliminating (bm) everyday.
i found that one tea works for me every other day or so.
i also found that drinking half the amount of salt water worked on me.
i had mine broken up into two mugs. so it would be ready to go when i got up first thing. i only got one mug down. and then i started feeling sick. so i went and layed on my right side as someone recc. on here. in 15-20 minutes i started going to the bathroom.(buttpee)
