Hi guys, I've been doing Dr. Brownstein's Iodine protocol for coming up (in a few days) on a month. I'm seeing good results so far but I have newbie questions. I hope this is the right Iodine forum to ask these questions in:

1. How can one tell when they've gotten to the right Iodine dose for them as they're moving up? Does a person, at a certain daily dosage, feel really good so they stay there until one's body says otherwise?

2. When someone has been on iodine for a longer period of time (months/years) IF they decide to try to go to a lower amount of iodine, how do they know where to back off to?

Any tips for me as a newbie would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
