I am starting tomorrow. I did this once and only went til day 7. Oh yea.....and last time I cheated and chewed gum the whole way (pitiful, I know) I want to stick it out this time so I am placing my e-mail here for anyone that is looking for support and for anyone that I can CRY to...lololol This is important to me because it's about health. I have very high cholesterol and I want to rid my body of dairy ( I am asthmatic) My joints ache sometimes. I have cloudy vision sometimes (I do not need glasses) I am young and in great outside physical shape but my insides feel like *mush* So I am determined!!!!!
