Hi ineedfood,

I'm just starting my 2nd day (Sat.)

This is my first time, how about you?

I didn't do the salt water flush but opted for Smooth Move herbal tea. Tastes much better especially after having only the lemonade all day. I drank it for the first time last night and this morning it did its thing although I do feel a little bit of cramping. Going to have my morning dose now.
