Excellent video twll, I should have watched it sooner because I cooked up a bunch of meatballs in the Dutch Oven today; beef, salt, an egg, but also added some breadcrumbs, garlic, cayenne, parsley and black pepper. Very tasty but the next load I'll just use beef, salt and egg to see how it tastes.

I do need to re-read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino and try carnivore again, my body is failing on the junk I've been eating for the last year. I'm at an all time high in weight and feel like total crap.
