I began taking Iodoral (12.5mg) daily many years ago. It seemed to get rid of most of the cysts in my breasts. Then I read the book 'The Iodine Crisis' and, having a couple of cysts that are persistant, I upped my dose and finally was up to 50mg/day. Then one of the cysts began to get much bigger and very painful. And I developed a couple of cysts in the other breast as well. I wasn't doing the salt flushes along with the Iodine increase. But has anyone ever reported having this issue and what's the solution? I know Iodine helps, but how do I find the right dose? I'm currently not taking any iodine, for the last 2 weeks to help shrink the cysts. Help!
