Being that this is my very first cleanse and I usually do not consume this much liquids in one day, I am constantly going to the bathroom!!! It is quite irritating considering the nature of my job. I work in a call center in an extremely cold office so i'm running to the bathroom like every 10-15 minutes!!! Is there anyway to stop this??? I'm assuming b/c the cleanse is cleaning me out there is nothing to absorb all the liquids, but...seriously...can I do anything to keep myself from going to the bathroom so frequently?!?
