Sounds like:

You should not do cayenne in caps. Do a small pinch with each glass of lemonade instead.

If you have not done the swf, you undoubtedly are congested. I would highly recommend a plain water enema.

You have broken your fast, and need to decide whether you want to go back to lemonade or continue the break. This is a personal thing. The best rule I can recommend is never to break during a crisis. If you are low and feeling yucky, continue to fast through until you are up again, then break. Food will only extend the crisis.
