I think you should continue with your cleanse. You will get more of a benefit out of it if you continue, despite the eating, than if you stop all together. As far as "consequences", you might feel bloated or your tummy rumbling a little. You should be fine to keep going.

As far as the pepper capsules you are taking, I would like to provide a word of caution. If you read past posts, you will see that many members on here are against cayenne capsules. You are a perfect example why they feel this way. When you eat something (such as this cayenne pepper), the digestion begins in the mouth with saliva. Your stomach receives a little alert from the mouth that says "Hey! hot stuff coming down! Prepare!!" If you take the capsules you do not give your stomach ANY warning and end up sending little cayenne bombs to explode in there. In your case, you got sick and vomitted for that reason, you stomach was not prepared.

When I did my cleanse I actually used MORE cayenne than was needed. I liked that "hot hot hot" feeling. If you cannot handel the full amount, put in a little less, but as time goes on you will get used to heat and it won't seem that bad anymore. The cayenne is an integral part of the cleanse because it breaks up all the gunk inside of you.

As far as eliminations, I know that even though the salt water was awful, I had eliminations with it DAILY! I think those people that just drink 2 lax teas a day deprive themselves of the full experience. The laxitive teas just don't do what the salt water does, the salt water flushes you from top to bottom, its wonderful! (although not very tasty).

Try an enema, if you need to get stuff moving, but again, an enema only gets into the colon and does not flush your system completely. Do a plain water enema, not one of those store bought ones which would be too harsh. I actually bought an enema bag yesterday and did one myself (I am post-cleanse).

Good luck! Stay stong! Keep away from the spicey nuts! :)
