Salt should be starting of with 2 to 1 ratio in favour of salt then 3 to 1 ratio in favour of Salt I think it was Dr Hulda Clark or Newport..

Remember Adrenal Miracle Mix that Newport made?

From memory it should with 1 gram Vitamin C correct if I am wrong.

I think it was canning and pickling salt that Newport favoured could have changed…

As we know we need Salt for Iodine Push as well.

Salt is need for meat for Energectic reasons..
