Act 2:17 'And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams,

God's spirit was poured out on the cross (it flowed from Jesus's side mixed with His blood).

Many people will continue to "dream dreams" of fantasy and "see" romantic visions of wonder instead of get serious with God by letting Him adopt them as a son.......WHY????
