for about a week, i've been taking 2 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil to try to heal my gut.........so could it be candida die-off ?

i do not have a cough at all..........but i've been coughing up mostly sticky green phlegm 2-4 times EVERY HOUR (hardly any sleep) for the last 72 hours...........

this started within 30 minutes of gargling with apple cider vinegar with water followed by gargling with baking soda with water for a very bad sore throat..........as i cough up more phlegm, my sore throat got better.........!................my low level fever comes on only at night.......
